The reality star picked up some dry cleaning, stopped for some mani/pedi action (as per her usual weekly routine) and did some shopping. The photogs must have had some difficulty keeping up with her! Kim even looks glamorous when she runs errands. The only accessory Kim was missing was her man Reggie Bush by her side.
