The 4.5-inch black heel with a concealed platform is priced £39.95 ($60.50) in the UK and is described by the retailer as delivering an "understated air of opulent elegance, looking both high fashion and high society". Prince William's wife is reportedly celebrating her birthday with a 1980s-themed party organised by her sister Pippa Middleton and brother-in-law Prince Harry, according to Grazia magazine.
